Local CDL A Truck Driver - $23/hr + OT
About the role
TransForce is seeking experienced CDL A Drivers for a full‑time, year‑round opportunity in Phoenix, AZ. This temp‑to‑hire position aims to convert qualified drivers to full‑time employment with the customer after meeting conversion requirements. The role involves local, dedicated runs with automatic transmission equipment, handling primarily no‑touch freight. Drivers will operate Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed equipment, delivering wine and beer, Costco freight, paper products, and general freight throughout the Phoenix Valley.
Responsibilities
- Operate Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed equipment
- Deliver wine and beer, Costco freight, paper products, and general freight
- Perform approximately 95% drop‑and‑hook operations
- Occasionally load, unload, or perform light labor as required
- Demonstrate strong backing skills for certain deliveries
- Navigate throughout the Phoenix Valley
- Work 10–12 hour shifts, Monday–Friday with optional Saturday availability
- Start times vary early morning, typically between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months of CDL A driving experience (1 year preferred)
- Stable work history
- Clean or acceptable MVR
- Ability to perform occasional loading/unloading when required

Pay
$23.00 per hour, with overtime paid after 40 hours.
Schedule
Monday through Friday schedule; optional Saturday shifts available. Shifts are 10–12 hours with early morning start times typically between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM. Year‑round work.
