About the Position
We are currently seeking a Local CDL A Straight Truck Driver for our client in Nashville, TN. This position offers a competitive pay rate and provides an opportunity for temp-to-perm employment.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $23 per hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, some Saturdays during busy season
- Start time: 6:30 AM
- Hours: 8–10 per day, depending on route
Key Responsibilities
- Transport garage doors to designated locations in a timely manner
- Ensure the safe and efficient handling of freight
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and records
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in unloading
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid CDL A License
- Heavy-touch handling experience
