About the role
The Lobby Receptionist at Weis Markets Store Support Center is responsible for various administrative and customer service tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming phone calls using switchboard software, directing customers, associates and vendors to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with HR, Benefits, Payroll inquiries, providing general guidance and directing to the appropriate support resources for resolution.
- Greet and check in visitors to the Store Support Center using the Envoy system.
- Manage relationships with designated direct-bill hotel locations, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring accurate rate, billing, and reservation information.
- Cook up business-related hotel reservations for associates using approved direct-bill hotels, ensuring timely, accurate bookings and appropriate documentation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of administrative, customer service, or call center experience in an office environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
