ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and route incoming phone calls using switchboard software, directing customers, associates and vendors to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with HR, Benefits, Payroll inquiries, providing general guidance and directing to the appropriate support resources for resolutions.
- Greet and check in visitors to the Store Support Center using the Envoy system.
- Manage relationships with designated direct-bill hotel locations, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring accurate rate, billing, and reservation information.
- Cook up business-related hotel reservations for associates using approved direct-bill hotels, ensuring timely, accurate bookings and appropriate documentation.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), plus two (2) years of administrative, customer service, or call center experience in an office environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
