About the role

Serve guest needs by assisting the Bartender and completing guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean and set-up bar, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner and greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Stock bar station with linens, china, glass, silver, and paper goods for service; fill requisitions of beer, liquor, soda, fruit juices, garnishes, and ice for bartenders.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of beverage related work.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Maui Liquor Card.
• ServSafe (within 3 months).
• Tuberculosis Clearance.

Pay

Hourly Rate: $25.22

Schedule

Full time. The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
