Lobby Host Overnight Relief - Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities

• Treat guests with courtesy and respect.
• Correct inaccuracies and discrepancies on guest accounts.
• Assist with summoning the third-party valet service and summoning cabs for guests.
• Escort guests to their room and handle luggage.
• Conduct guest’s orientation of in-room facilities and features.
• Assist with guest requests, errands, deliveries, etc.
• Reconcile balance cash daily.
• Make change and balance the personal and/or individual floating bank.

Requirements

• Minimum of Hospitality, Retail or Services related industries experience preferred.
• Able to stand for periods of time (Up to 6 hours).
• Efficient in Computer and Typing Skills.
• Able to lift 50lbs.
