Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests by promptly addressing their requests with genuine engagement and thoughtfulness, ensuring their complete satisfaction
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness by meticulously maintaining public areas of the hotel
• Offer clear assistance and guidance to ensure the safety of guests and team members during fire or other emergency situations
• Provide safe, reliable, and professional shuttle service as needed, ensuring timely transportation and a positive guest experience
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities and the surrounding area
• Aid guests with loading, unloading, and storing luggage
• Address and resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: One year prior driver, hospitality, and housekeeping experience preferred; one year of experience working in customer service or a guest-facing role required
• Physical Demands: Grasp, lift, carry, and move packages, boxes, and luggage up to 75 lbs. continuously throughout the shift; ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift; sufficient manual dexterity in hands to load and unload luggage; perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking significant distances at the hotel
