Join our team as a Lobby Attendant and play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall guest experience. As a Lobby Attendant, you will contribute to the welcoming ambiance of our hotel, ensuring that guests feel comfortable and valued from the moment they step through the door.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby area, including furniture, fixtures, and decor.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure a pristine and inviting entrance.
• Keep seating areas, magazines, and other amenities organized and well-presented for guest enjoyment.
• Monitor and promptly address any spills or messes to uphold a clean and safe environment.
• Absorb and respond to guest inquiries with helpful information and a courteous, friendly demeanor.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless coordination in maintaining overall cleanliness.

Requirements

• Basic English communication skills.
• Continuous movement, including bending, lifting, and carrying light objects.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a neat and aesthetically pleasing lobby.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
