Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors, answer questions, and provide directions to various departments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and other public areas.
- Monitor lobby activity to ensure a safe and secure environment; report concerns promptly.
- Notify Facilities or Housekeeping regarding spills, supply needs, or maintenance issues.
- Provide basic assistance to patients or visitors with special needs.
- Respond professionally to guest requests, concerns, or minor incidents, escalating issues as necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, community services, or a customer-facing role preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills required.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
