Loaner/Rental Agent

About the role

BMW of San Diego is seeking a Loaner/Rental Agent to join their team. This position is within Penske Automotive Group (PAG), a Fortune 500 company known for its commitment to excellence and achievement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering courteous loaner and rental vehicles in accordance with company, third party, and manufacturer policies.
• Ensure prompt assistance to customers with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
• File documentation with insurance or state/federal agencies, and ensure customers are charged appropriately for any damage, moving violations, tickets, and tolls.
• Collaborate with other departments to establish and maintain good working relationships.
• Maintain inventory to satisfy customer requests.

Pay

The pay for this position is $19.00 per hour plus commission. The expected annual salary range is $39,000 - $47,000.
