About the Role

Join the Tom Bush Family of Dealerships as a Service Loaner Concierge and play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service by managing our service loaner vehicles. You will be the primary point of contact for customers dropping off and picking up loaner vehicles, helping to create a seamless and positive experience during their service visit.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally when they arrive to pick up or drop off loaner vehicles.
  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of loaner vehicles to ensure availability and efficient usage.
  • Maintain accurate records of loaner vehicle usage, including customer information and vehicle conditions.
  • Inspect loaner vehicles before and after each use to ensure cleanliness, proper functioning, and document any existing damage.
  • Assist customers with any questions or concerns related to loaner vehicles, providing timely and courteous service.
  • Collaborate with the service department to facilitate smooth vehicle exchanges and timely returns.
  • Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures regarding loaner vehicle usage.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to multitask and manage schedules efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in automotive service or customer service is a plus but not required.

Reporting To

You will report directly to Service Managers BJ Scott and Shelia Estes. This position provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers.
