Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support loan underwriting and doc prep systems, including one-on-one phone and email support of users, creation of training material and user manuals, and participation in course instruction (WebEx and classroom).
- Support loan document image archive and exception tracking system, including one-on-one phone and email support of users, creation of training material and user manuals, and participation in course instruction (WebEx and classroom).
- Test and implement new versions of loan systems.
- Perform periodic administrative tasks related to support of loan systems.
Job Skill and Qualifications
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and organize daily, weekly, monthly tasks and/or projects.
- A working knowledge of BancFirst Loan Policy, BancFirst Loan Procedures, and lending regulations (state and federal) is helpful.
Physical Requirements
- Constant use of computer screens.
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear.
- Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching.
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday.
- Long periods of typing and repetitive motion.
- Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10 pounds.
