Loan Specialist

Pay

The target salary range for this position is $25.77 - $32.21 per hour, depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $25.77 - $38.65 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite, process, fund, and service all types of consumer loans for both the Indirect Lending and Consumer Lending departments
• Maintain excellent business relationships with participating dealerships
• Assist members with inquiries, requests, and/or problems in a friendly, respectful, courteous, and professional manner

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience processing and underwriting consumer loans required
• Consideration for years of related experience and/or demonstrated knowledge and skills to perform essential duties may be given
• Dealer funding environment preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be bondable
• Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available

Schedule

A hybrid five-day workweek with rotating weekend coverage. Hours are 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday-Saturday and 8:30 AM to 5 PM on Sunday. The role combines in-person and remote work.
