This is a hybrid role based in our Indianapolis, Indiana office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to members via phone and email.
• Prepare satisfactions and subordinations of mortgage.
• Process ancillary products (MBP, GAP, and debt protection).
• Manage title processing and imaging of documents according to record-retention guidelines.
• Process escrow disbursements and record closed loan documents.
• Handle preauthorize-transfers (PAT’s), skip-a-pay requests, and loan payment processing.
• Complete ARM/HELOC rate adjustments and other loan maintenance requests.
• Process incoming loan servicing calls and requests for mortgage and consumer loan products.
• Perform account reviews and maintenance in the core processing system.
• Manage phone queue, ensuring all SLAs are met, and handle internal SalesForce.com requests.
• Process department mail and email inbox requests.
• Develop knowledge of industry practices, products, and professional growth through learning opportunities.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Elements products and services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient use of technology tools and basic system navigation skills.
• Working knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to consumer and mortgage loans is preferred.
• 3 or more years of financial institution experience is preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
