We’re seeking a Loan Servicing Representative to join our growing team and support post-closing loan operations, including checkbacks, escrow balancing, and disbursements. No banking experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship to help you succeed. Responsibilities
- Support post-closing loan operations
- Perform checkbacks, escrow balancing, and disbursements
- Ensure accuracy in loan documentation and account research
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service experience and strong communication skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills for handling calculations, balances, and account research
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in checkbacks, escrow balancing, loan disbursements, and documentation
- Computer knowledge and proficiency using Microsoft systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other commonly used office software
