Loan Servicing Program Manager

About the role

The Loan Servicing Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the loan servicing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loan servicing operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of loans
• Manage and train loan servicing staff to meet performance goals and standards
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Monitor loan servicing activities to identify trends and potential issues, and take corrective action as necessary
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to loans
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and credit union policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in loan servicing or a related field
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team
• Strong knowledge of federal and state lending regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience with loan servicing software and systems
• Knowledge of credit scoring models and risk assessment techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
