Loan Servicing Analyst

About The Role

Responsible for performing general support functions for Portfolio Managers in the servicing of multiple portfolios of commercial real estate loans. Conducts research and financial analysis of commercial real estate properties, loans and portfolios.

What You'll Do

• Carry out research and financial analysis of commercial real estate properties, loans and portfolios.
• Aid in data compilation for lender decisions.
• Make presentations of analysis that will be utilized for investment decisions.
• Support Portfolio Managers by performing tasks involved in monitoring the performance of assigned commercial real estate loan portfolios.
• Provide general customer service to clients and related contacts.
• Prepare various monthly and quarterly reports for portfolios.

What You'll Need

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required with a minimum of 3 years related experience.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
• Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
• Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
• Basic analytical skills.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and timelines.

Qualifications
