Responsibilities
- Process and review loan documentation, including applications, contracts, and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage loan accounts by updating borrower information, disbursing insurance, tax and interest payments, and reconciling escrow accounts.
- Ensure accuracy with Davis-Bacon and Section 3 compliance.
- Cooky with Developers to facilitate smooth on construction loan processing and servicing activities.
- Monitor loan portfolios for compliance issues or potential delinquencies, initiating appropriate follow-up actions.
- Maintain detailed records of all loan transactions, contracts, and correspondence.
