About the role

PWSB is seeking a Loan Servicer to join our Loan Operations team. This position plays an important role in supporting Mortgage and Consumer lending by accurately maintaining loan records, processing loan-related transactions, and providing excellent service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain Mortgage and Consumer loan records within the core system
• Perform loan maintenance, including payment changes, rate adjustments, and modifications
• Complete quality reviews and audits of loan data to ensure accuracy
• Maintain electronic loan files and support document retention processes
• Assist with loan servicing projects, reports, and administrative tasks
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer and employee inquiries
• Support the Loan Operations team with additional servicing functions as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous banking, lending, loan processing, or loan servicing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to learn and follow detailed processes and procedures
