Loan Servicer

Performs various operational and clerical duties to maintain efficient workflow in the residential loan department. Responds to internal and external customer calls while providing exceptional customer service. Performs all duties in accordance with established Bank policies and procedures.

• Perform operational and clerical duties to support residential loan department workflow.
• Respond to internal and external customer calls with exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to established Bank policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Mortgage and consumer loan knowledge preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and writing skills.
• Ability to work as a team player, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task under pressure.

Pay

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
