Loan Processor I

Responsibilities

• Books loans on ITI system in a complete, correct and efficient manner.
• Reviews loan documentation for completeness, correctness and compliance.
• Processes all modifications/extensions/renewals on the ITI System.
• Books, funds and pays-off loans.
• Buils transaction blocks and/or run necessary entries to complete loan or extension transactions as necessary.
• Maintains billing records for branches being processed.
• Affords assistance in error resolution.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Knowledge of bank operations, policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of general lending process and ITI system.
• Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Effective communication skills with management, customers and co-workers.
• Customer relations skills.
• Detail oriented and problem-solving abilities.
• Team player ability.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous banking experience or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience with ITI system preferred.
