The Merrimack is seeking a full-time Loan Operations Supervisor to join our Loan Operations team in Concord, New Hampshire. This non-exempt position operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with bi-weekly paydays on Fridays.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll guide daily workflows, support employee development, and serve as a go-to resource for your team and internal partners. Your leadership will help ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise assigned Loan Operations employees and related workflows.
- Manage daily workloads, schedules, and resources to ensure proper coverage and timely completion of work.
- Provide guidance, coaching, training support, and problem resolution for team members.
- Maintain knowledge of assigned Loan Operations functions and assist with department tasks as needed.
- Review, update, and support procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Support compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, investor, and internal requirements.
- Assist with audits, exams, reporting, system testing, business continuity activities, and department projects.
- Promote quality service standards for internal and external customers.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of diverse banking experience, preferably with loan servicing or loan operations functions.
- At least one year of demonstrated supervisory experience and responsibility.
- Working knowledge of banking regulations, procedures, processing systems, and general accounting and reporting concepts.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with core systems and desktop applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Leadership style that supports communication, collaboration, teamwork, empathy, and employee development.

Pay
Hourly rate of pay is negotiable based on experience, with a range of $27.00 to $32.00 per hour.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
