Loan Operations Servicing Specialist (Boarding/Booking)

Responsibilities

• Scanning and filing documents related to loan servicing.
• Loan boarding and processing of incoming loan packages.
• Maintaining loan files and records.
• Preparing various reports.
• Reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Performing mathematical calculations and disbursing escrow accounts.
• Providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Reporting issues to bank personnel, sending notifications, reporting progress, quotas, collection items, and updating lists.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience in loan servicing, or knowledge and experience in two or more major functions of loan servicing.
• Preferred: Certification in insurance servicing.

Skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Basic keyboarding and calculator skills; ability to perform simple math and follow written instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lb in an office setting.
• Fluency in English; Spanish fluency strongly encouraged.
