About the role

The Bank Operations team at BOKF drives smooth financial transactions and innovative infrastructure modernization. Responsibilities

  • Analyzes loan agreements, loan worksheets, and commitment reports to complete appropriate system boarding.
  • Maintain the smooth operation and integrity of our loan servicing processes, ensuring that the loan functions as required on the loan system.
  • Oversee and share responsibility for both consumer and commercial loan portfolios, providing backup as needed.
  • Enter and maintain loan data, evaluate documents, and service complex commercial loans.
  • Manage daily transactions, ensuring accurate distribution or collection of funds and providing detailed documentation.
  • Work with Credit Administration to reflect credit deterioration accurately and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
  • Cook up daily workflow, train staff, and maintain extensive contact with business partners to resolve complex issues.

Requirements

  • This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Associates Degree in Business or related field of study and/or 5-6 years of experience in loan production or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of loan operations and bank related operations, including loan policy.
  • Advanced knowledge of loan systems processing.
  • Thorough knowledge of federal and state lending guidelines and regulations.
  • Advanced understanding of GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, TILA, RESPA, SCRA, FCRA, UDAAP, BSA and other state and federal regulations and policies effecting loan operations.
  • Advanced understanding of Bank policies and procedures.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of complex loan documentation with the ability to interpret documentation language, structure, specifications, and requirements.
  • Advanced understanding of complex mathematical calculations and accounting principles as applied to loan processing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent PC skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams used in daily work processes, 10 key by touch.
  • Ability to type 30-40 wpm.
  • Ability to adjust priorities to changing circumstances in fast paced, heavy volume atmosphere.
  • Ability to provide training in a constructive and effective manner with various levels of personnel.
  • Demonstrated independent research and analysis skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills; detail and task oriented.

$58,000 - $68,000 annually
