About the role
Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Loan Operation Rep II to support an existing vacancy in the residential mortgage servicing payoff department. This is a 4-month contract position with potential for extension.
Responsibilities
- Support residential mortgage servicing payoff department
- Provide payoff statements
- Process monetary payoff transactions
- Close accounts
- Mail letters
- Notate accounts
- Complete research and respond to requests for further information related to payoff processing
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in monetary processing or residential accounts
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience with transaction processing and research
- Familiarity with the financial industry, specifically residential mortgage
- Experience with Sagent or Fidelity systems
Pay
$24 per hour
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location
Lewiston, ME (Hybrid)
