About the role
The Loan Officer Training Program (ACES) is designed to prepare individuals for careers in loan origination. Participants will gain hands-on experience working with experienced loan officers and will be mentored throughout their training.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loan applications and underwriting processes
- Research and analyze potential loan candidates
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of lending regulations and procedures
