About the role

The Loan Officer Training Program (ACES) is designed to prepare individuals for careers in loan origination. Participants will gain hands-on experience working with experienced loan officers and will be mentored throughout their training.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with loan applications and underwriting processes
  • Research and analyze potential loan candidates
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information
  • Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Qualifications

    • Experience in customer service or related field preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    Skills

    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Knowledge of lending regulations and procedures

    Schedule
