About the role
The Loan Officer Training Program (ACES) is designed to provide aspiring loan officers with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the field. Participants will gain hands-on experience through supervised training sessions and real-world scenarios.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the processing of loan applications
- Conduct initial credit checks and gather necessary documentation
- Communicate with clients to explain loan options and answer questions
- Prepare loan documents and submit them to underwriters for approval
- Follow up with clients after loan approval to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Interest in finance and lending
