What You’ll Do
- Possess outbound calling and customer service skills.
- Guide customers through the mortgage process, collecting necessary documentation.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to all relevant disclosure requirements.
- Collaborate with business partners to streamline the mortgage process.
- Maintain adaptability to industry changes and customer needs.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding mortgage lending.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
- Knowledge of various mortgage products (FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, USDA, HELOAN, HELOC).
- Understanding of refinance transactions.
- Knowledge of Carrington’s underwriting guidelines and investor requirements.
- Proficiency in or ability to quickly learn mortgage origination software and technologies.
- Passionate about serving Carrington Mortgage customers.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
