What You’ll Do
- Possess outbound calling and customer service skills.
- Guide customers through the mortgage process, collecting necessary documentation.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to all relevant disclosure requirements.
- Partner with business partners for an expedient process.
- Maintain resilience and adaptability to industry changes.
What You’ll Need
- Knowledge of various mortgage products (FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, USDA, HELOAN, HELOC).
- Experience with refinance transactions.
- Understanding of Carrington’s underwriting guidelines and investor requirements.
- Proficiency in mortgage origination software and technologies.
- Passion for serving Carrington Mortgage customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
