Loan Officer - Centennial, CO

About the Role

A seasoned Mortgage Loan Processor is needed to support consistent business growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3–5 years of residential mortgage processing experience, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to communication and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze income documentation for loan applications.
• Process FHA, VA, and Conventional loans with recent experience (2–5+ years).
• Ensure compliance with TRID regulations.
• Communicate proactively and timely with customers and business partners regarding loan decisions and underwriting guidelines.
• Accurately and quickly request and obtain required documentation to submit loans and complete final approvals, meeting underwriters' requests for closing.
• Conduct weekly pipeline reports with loan originators.
• Deliver superior internal and external customer service, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Work effectively in a flexible, fast-paced, production-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years of residential mortgage processing experience.
• Experience with FHA, VA, and Conventional loan processing.
• Knowledge of Encompass LOS is a plus.
• Familiarity with compliance and TRID regulations.
• Proven track record in mortgage loan processing.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
