Responsibilities
- Analyzing income
- Processing loans with FHA, VA, and Conventional
- Working with Encompass LOS
- Complying with TRID regulations
- Communicating with customers and business partners about loan decisions and underwriting guidelines
- Requesting and obtaining necessary documents for loan submission and meeting underwriter requests for closing
- Reporting on loan pipeline to loan originators
- Providing superior customer service internally and externally
- Operating in a flexible and fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential mortgage processing
- Strong organizational skills
