LOAN OFFICER @ AXIA HR

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Loan Officer to join our microfinance team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting loan products, and assessing loan applications according to established procedures. You will evaluate customer creditworthiness, conduct necessary field visits, and ensure proper documentation upon loan disbursement. Additionally, you will manage an assigned loan portfolio, monitor repayment performance, and follow up on outstanding or overdue loans to ensure minimal risk and high portfolio quality. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic operations team.
