Loan IQ IT Solutions Architecture Lead Analyst
This role is a strategic professional position responsible for the design and implementation of technology solutions delivered by Wholesale Lending Technology within the Product Technology Chief Information Office. The individual will partner with key internal stakeholders (Operations, Technology, Banking, Markets, and Risk) to drive end-to-end delivery on Loan IQ and several in-house technology tools built around it, fully supporting, satisfying, and anticipating the reporting needs of the business and regulators. This role focuses on Global Loan IQ business enablement, Loan IQ Workflow Automation, and the implementation of AI-driven solutions for loans.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of business requirements, in partnership with the Product Owner Team, to ensure that business/use case, system configuration, and other global impacts are fully defined.
- Lead the definition and ongoing management of architecture for Loan IQ and its ancillary workflow applications.
- Establish a governance process to oversee implementation activities and ensure ongoing alignment to Citi Data standards and strategic architecture goals.
- Write database queries in SQL against the Loan IQ database to extract and query data in support of changes being analyzed.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with Loan IQ analysis and implementations, with deep domain knowledge of Loan IQ and its data model, database schema, APIs, and SDK capabilities.
- Demonstrated influencing, presentation, facilitation, and partnering skills.
- Analytical, flexible, team-oriented, and strong interpersonal/communication skills.
- Robust problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience with AI tools utilization and agile delivery (Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to manage multiple activities and changing priorities while working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
Pay
Full-time salary range: $125,760.00 - $188,640.00. In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
