Loan Documentation Specialist II

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and process documentation for all commercial and consumer loans to ensure terms of documents are in accordance with committee approved requests and following bank policy, lending practices and regulatory statutes.
• May include communication with outside counsel related to document preparation and other due diligence.
• Preparation of Participation Agreement and Letter of Credit documentation, renewals, and modifications.
• Complete CRA and HMDA requirements for documentation and compliance reporting.
• Communicate effectively and collaboratively with internal partners to ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of Commercial and Consumer loan processing and/or documentation experience
• LaserPro experience
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and knowledge of rules, regulations and policies relating to loan documentation
• Fiserv Premier/FIS experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
