You’ll check in with lenders and Loan Services to align on documentation status, then connect with attorneys or title companies to resolve open questions and confirm final versions. Throughout the day, you’ll review imaging completeness, reconcile core-system coding details for clean reporting, and spot trends that warrant process adjustments. You’ll also carve out time to validate data collection and reporting inputs, review software/vendor updates, and respond to examiner or audit follow-ups with clear, well-supported documentation. By day’s end, you’ve cleared critical blockers, kept stakeholders informed, and left the queue organized for the next cycle.
