About the role
Join our Commercial Lending team in Manhattan as a Loan Coordinator!
Responsibilities
- Commercial loan data gathering and client service from pre-approval to closing
- Reviewing and verifying loan documentation, entity documents, and collateral instruments
- Establishing and maintaining effective business relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
- Providing exceptional support to Commercial Lenders
Requirements
- Get satisfaction from researching information to find answers
- Maximize efficiency and productivity while maintaining high standards of work
- Be skilled in using time well, being flexible, and adaptable to change
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
