Loader/Unloader Opr RE02 2nd Shift Full-Time Cullman Blend Mill

Starting pay: $19.45/hr with a $2.00/hr shift differential.

About the role

The Loader/Unloader Operator is responsible for loading and unloading materials, housekeeping duties, and cross-training on various job duties within the facility while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders and skid steers for production purposes
• Operate rail car moving loaders for production purposes
• Load and unload rail cars and trucks
• Perform facility cleaning responsibilities
• Measure and manage inventory

Requirements

• Up to one year of Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Operations experience
• Ability to climb, bend, and stoop for cleaning responsibilities
• Capability to work in both cold and hot conditions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
• Comfortable working at heights above twenty feet
• Willingness and ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation
