About the role
The Loader/Unloader Operator is responsible for loading and unloading materials, housekeeping duties, and cross-training on various job duties within the facility while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson Policies.
Responsibilities
- Operate loaders and skid steers for production purposes
- Operate rail car moving loaders for production purposes
- Load and unload rail cars
- Load and unload trucks
- Perform facility cleaning responsibilities
- Measure and manage inventory
Requirements
- Up to one year of PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Operations experience
- Ability to climb, bend, and stoop for cleaning responsibilities
- Capability to work in both cold and hot conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
- Comfortable working at heights above twenty feet
- Willingness to perform physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must complete a separate task after application submission
