About the role

Cintas is seeking a Loader/Unloader Lead to support the Rental Division. The Loader/Unloader Lead ensures productivity, department goals, and quality standards are consistently met in the unloading and loading of customer route trucks. This role coordinates the work of Loaders/Unloaders and participates in these activities as needed to ensure all customer route trucks are loaded by the end of the shift.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in loading and unloading activities to meet shift deadlines.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must adhere to attendance policy.
  • Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
  • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
  • Must be willing to learn to use a computer/console for work activities.
  • Must be willing to frequently communicate with others.
  • Must be willing to handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.

Physical Qualifications

  • Requires standing for most of the shift.
  • Requires stretching, bending, squatting, stooping, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
  • Requires physical activity, including lifting or moving materials, for most of the shift.

How You Will Be Evaluated

The full selection process may include:
