Loader/Unloader

Responsibilities

• Independently read, understand, and interpret instructions in English.
• Shares station with peers to support proper lifting and production responsibilities.
• Pulls doors from the build station, applies labels, examines and inspects doors, materials, and products to ensure packaging specifications are met.
• Loads, unloads, lifts, moves materials, and wraps pallets with stretch film prior to shipment.
• Prepares and operates production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Performs other duties as directed by leadership.

Requirements

• Able to lift up to 80 lbs. without assistance.
• Safeguards self with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – steel toed shoes, eye protection (glasses, goggles, and/or facemask) as necessary for task.
• Uses cleaning equipment or tools as necessary for housekeeping duties in accordance with all safety rules.
• Works overtime as necessary.

• English language proficiency.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting up to 80 lbs.
• Knowledge of and adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.
