About the role
Operate big equipment and contribute to the smooth operation of SRM Concrete's concrete plants.
Responsibilities
- Take the wheel of front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move materials.
- Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors.
- Work with your crew and production team to maintain schedules.
- Check and report equipment issues to ensure safety.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Count inventory and alert the team to stock levels.
- Share ideas for process improvements.
- Be available to assist with various tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Willingness to learn and work hard
- Physical ability to handle the job
- Experience operating similar machinery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings

Pay
Hourly pay with overtime after 8 hours, plus eligibility for bonuses and annual raises.
Schedule
Local work, home daily; closed every Sunday.
