Job Responsibilities
- Operate loaders to keep production line stocked with raw materials
- Adhere to safety procedures and workplace policies
- Load materials into the aggregate silo
- Perform sampling and quality control of raw materials
- Ensure proper rotation and placement of finished goods
- Properly label product and package product for inventory
- Ensure packaged quantities are correct and quality is up to standards
- Complete daily paperwork including inspection reports for equipment
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 3 years of prior front-end loader experience
- Able to read and interpret loading slips, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Able to work extended shifts when required
- Able to lift up to 60 pounds
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
