About the role
Operate big equipment and contribute to the smooth operation of concrete plants.
Responsibilities
- Drive front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move materials like sand, gravel, and cement.
- Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors to ensure materials are available.
- Work alongside the crew and production team to maintain schedules.
- Inspect equipment before and after shifts and report any issues to the team.
- Ensure the work area is clean and organized.
- Count inventory and alert the team if supplies are low.
- Share ideas for improvement and be ready to assist in various tasks.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
- Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (helpful but not required)
- Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings
Skills
- Experience operating heavy machinery
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and safety awareness

Pay
Hourly pay with overtime after 8 hours, plus potential bonuses and raises.
Schedule
Local work with flexibility to return home after every shift. The plant is closed every Sunday.
