Loader (Multiple Shifts)

About the role

Viwinco is seeking multiple Loaders for all shifts to hand-load completed items from production onto truck/trailer in appropriate sequence according to route sheets. The ideal candidate will be organized, able to handle multiple tasks, and communicate effectively with other departments both in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Hand-load completed items from production onto corresponding truck/trailer in appropriate sequence according to route sheets.
• Accurately scan and mark windows as they are loaded onto the truck/trailer.
• Load windows in a safe and proper manner to ensure stability and quality during transit.
• Bring any quality or accuracy issues to the attention of the supervisor.
• Strap and secure the loaded truck/trailer once a route is complete.
• Frequent lifting of 50+ lbs required.

Requirements

• RF Scanner experience a plus.
• Basic truck/trailer loading experience a plus.
• Schedule flexibility helpful.
• English or bilingual preferred but not required.

Schedule

• 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• 3rd shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Must be able to work Saturdays and overtime.

Pay

• 1st shift: $19.00/hr
• 2nd & 3rd shift: $19.00/hr + 15% shift differential
