About the role
This is a non-union position.
Responsibilities
- Monitor all station prime movers and compressors, including load adjustment, alarm monitoring and initial response as required.
- Aid in operating and maintaining all equipment associated with liquefying and vaporizing natural gas.
- Apply PIDs and PFDs for assisting with troubleshooting process issues and implementing gas handling procedures and LOTOs (Lock Out, Tag Out).
- Control and continuously monitor compression and process variables at the LNG facility.
- Maintain buildings, grounds, and all in-plant piping and conduits.
- Assist others in routine troubleshooting and repair of station equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School/GED with preference for education and/or certification in related mechanical or electrical fields.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in an industrial setting, particularly focusing on plant operations and maintenance.
- Strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills, coupled with excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- The capability to read PIDs and PFDs.
- Possession of a legitimate driver’s license and the capacity to use company vehicles and equipment.
Qualifications
- Relevant education and certifications may be considered toward experience requirement.

Benefits
Available to work after hours, on-call rotations, nights, weekend shifts and holidays as the need arises. May be required to work overtime and 10-12 hour shifts with occasional overnight stays. Travel up to 25% may be required.
