Job Responsibilities

• Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge necessary for licensure as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including disposing of waste and restocking supplies
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Promote patient independence and autonomy while ensuring their safety and well-being

Requirements

• 0 years of experience as an LNA Trainee or related role
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Work Environment

• Part-time position with opportunities on all shifts once licensed
• Bennington, Vermont location

What We Offer

• LNA Students will receive a total bonus of $1,700 paid in weekly installments for attending the LNA Class
• Starting rate of $17/hr until LNA license is received
• Starting LNA rate is $21.42/hr plus differentials
