LMS Administrator
Job Description Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the LMS subject matter expert for system functionality and configuration.
- Maintain system performance, scalability, stability, and compliance with standards, policies, and data quality requirements.
- Enforce process standardization and monitor for accuracy.
- Provide timely user support in accordance with SLAs and resolve issues accurately on first attempt.
- Support LMS upgrades/fixes through testing, implementation, and coordination with vendors.
- Collaborate with third-party courseware providers.
- Stay informed on LMS trends, features, and best practices to support continuous improvement.
- Create and distribute reports and dashboards to support business and training needs.
- Maintain audit standards to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support training operations through troubleshooting, coordination, and class schedule implementation.
Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required (Instructional Technology, IT, Communications, Data Analytics/Business Analytics preferred).
- 1–3 years of LMS experience preferred.
- Data management expertise
- Project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Customer service mindset
Physical Demands
- Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job.
- Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work.
- All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt’s safety policies and guidelines.

Pay
Base Pay Range: $64,790.00 - 89,086.80
