About the role

Cotler Psychology Services is seeking a Florida‑licensed Master’s‑level clinician (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to provide mental health services to seniors in assisted living and skilled nursing communities in the New Port Richey, Florida area. The position offers part‑time or full‑time hours with flexibility, independence, and the support of an experienced multidisciplinary team. For over 30 years, the practice has specialized in compassionate, high‑quality behavioral health care for older adults throughout Florida, partnering with more than 100 long‑term care communities and focusing on improving emotional well‑being and quality of life through ethical, personalized, evidence‑based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services to seniors in assisted living and skilled nursing settings.
• Help residents build emotional resilience, improve coping skills, strengthen interpersonal connections, and maintain the highest possible quality of life.
• Work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient‑centered care.

Requirements

• Active Florida license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT (or nearing licensure).
