About the role
The role is responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, building, and maintaining software solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing software solutions using agile methodologies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers
- Ensuring high-quality standards are met through code reviews and continuous integration practices
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C#
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skills
- Experience with version control systems like Git

Pay
$80,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
