Responsibilities
- Serve a select group of customers across Lancaster, Kahoka, Shelbina, and Memphis
- Develop the customer relationship and help the customer grow their business
- Provide an excellent customer experience
- Develop innovative solutions for customers that support MFA products and services
- Work in Sales & Service, Customer Intimacy, and Business Development to implement and promote company sales goals
Qualifications
- A degree in agriculture or 2 years of equivalent Sales experience
- Knowledge of agronomy and/or livestock preferred
- Live in or within commuting distance of the assigned territory
- Can travel within the assigned territory (approximately 80%)
- Have strong sales skills and a proven record of sales success
